Re-Design
We utilise the insights gained from the 'Understand' phase and, if necessary, conduct a series of workshops, focus groups, or digital diagnostics to design a key output aimed at addressing agreed-upon challenges. This output encompasses a full strategy document, timelines, implementation plan, costing details, and measurement tools.
Implement
We use the data and agreed strategy to support you with the implementation of the agreed recommendation using our strategic partners as needed.
